Been taking requests for Giardiniera and thought I would share with the public for those that are missing it. I am in the process of making a batch for some Giardiniera lovers in the area, if you would like a jar please let me know and would be happy to reserve you one. They will be ready on Wednesday, January 15th!!!

The Italian Grilled Cheese 🇮🇹 🧀 🥪 is back for the remainder of our time at Weekend Beer Company which is until October 15th!

Whipped pesto ricotta spread with a three cheese blend of fontina, provolone, and Parmesan cheese. Slices of prosciutto and sun-dried tomatoes pressed on a herb butter topped sourdough bread. Served with a side of Marinara, chips, and whole pepperoncini’s.

Tomorrow, Saturday September 28th we are celebrating Oktoberfest 🍻 at Weekend Beer Company. We are making “Bretzel’s” 🥨, which in German means a soft-baked pastry formed into a knot, for the occasion. Spicy mustard and a zesty cheese sauce for dipping!!!

📣 With a grateful heart, I am announcing that Mama D’s Kitchen & Pizzeria will be ending our time at Weekend Beer Company on October 15th as our last day at this location.

After much reflection over the past year, I decided I need to take time to focus on my family, my growth as a mother, and my next steps for Mama D's Kitchen as a brand. I will still continue with our original truck (Big Mama) for future events and catering opportunities.

I am very thankful for the opportunity to be at The Weekend Beer Company and to all the customers that dined with us during this time. It’s now time for me to have some time being a Mama to my little Mariposa 🦋 and baby #2 coming March 2025.
