It's time for Murf's Pancake Pop-Up!!

Happening Saturday June 13th from 8am to noon Beer Company.

It's June, and that means we celebrate those dads out there for Fathers Day month!

Some simple flavors but some amazing combinations!

We start with a vanilla pudding sauce. The creamy classic taste of vanilla.

Then we have Cherry Berry added to the line-up.

Now either one of those are delicious on their own, however you could combine them along with a drizzle of our Lemon Cheesecake syrup and our White Chocolate Whipped Cream and make your stack taste like a delicious Trifle!

For those of you that prefer our traditional selection of flavors, we always have our signature Bourbon Maple Cream, Lemon Cheesecake and Peanut Butter.

But think of the combinations...Vanilla/Bourbon Maple Cream, Vanilla/Lemon, Peanut Butter/Vanilla, Peanut Butter/Cherry Berry or Peanut Butter/Cherry Berry/Vanilla!!

Treat dad and your tastebuds to one of these amazing, handcrafted syrups drizzled over our scratch made buttermilk pancakes topped with a dollop of white chocolate whipped cream. WOW!!!

And for those of you that need gluten free pancakes, we also make those from scratch!

Kick off Father's Day month with Murf's Marvelous pancakes.

Add in one of those delicious coffees from .wish, and finish off the trifecta with an incredibly delicious mimosa from Weekend!!!

Hey Murf fans! We’re MIXING things up around here…literally!

I’ve been trying to think of different ways to utilize my food trailer and do some fun things that are different and people would enjoy. A couple of friends came up with the idea of offering snacks - like “snack mixes”. I loved the idea!! But I had no oven in my trailer.
I love how things always work out tho... I’ve just recently teamed up with The Launch Pad as a tenant using their commercial kitchen space. I’ll not only be doing my syrup bottling there but baking some things there also…like Gourmet Chex Mixes!!

You never know till you try it right? And I can’t let fear stop me. So, we’re giving it a go this Tuesday up at the Weekend for Trivia Night!

We will feature the following Gourmet Chex Mix Flavors:
The Loaded Classic – traditional but with a few extra ingredients in there.
Dillicious Ranchero – that distinctive flavor of dill pickles, garlic and zesty ranch – pucker up!
Murf’s Mix – featuring a spicy combination of cayenne and my signature Bourbon Maple Cream syrup. Crunchy, sweet, with a little kick at the end!
Sweet Street Crunch – cinnamon and sugar dusted mix that’s just perfect as a light dessert... think crunchy churros!

But that’s not all….
Lemon Berry Trifle - white cake with vanilla pudding and my Mixed Berry and Lemon Cheesecake syrups topped with our famous White Chocolate Whipped Cream!

Orchard Bourbon Bite! Simple but delicious – a blooming style fresh sliced apple with our Bourbon Maple Cream syrup to dip it in!!

Limited quantities on everything so get yours early!!

At Weekend Beer Co. this Tuesday evening 5 – 9 pm.

We're excited to be part of this Saturday evening! We'll be serving our special "Murf's Chicken & Pancakes" with Spicy Bourbon Maple Cream or you can order out traditional pancakes if you like that "Breakfast for Dinner" thing!!

Saturday morning, we start at 8am serving this month's specials till noon and then we'll be back at 5 for dinner!!

This month we have some new flavors mom will love.... Strawberry Coconut to whisk you away to those tropical vacation vibes!
And Orange Cardamom Honey!! Fresh squeezed oranges and honey with just a hint of cardamom...it's going to be so good!!
Of course our ever-popular flavors of Bourbon Maple Cream which is always a fan favorite, that tart and tangy Lemon Cheesecake and rounding out the selections is our creamy Peanut Butter syrup.

Choose one of those delicious flavors of hand-crafted syrups over your choice of regular or gluten free buttermilk pancakes topped off with a dollop of white chocolate whipped cream!! Sounds pretty darn good huh?

It's time for Murf's Pancake Pop-Up!!

April and the spring weather is right on point, snow on the hilltops one day, 80 degrees the next....gotta love it!

Coconut Cupcake syrup.... rich, creamy, coconut made with coconut cream, coconut milk and vanilla.
And for my fruit lovers, those amazing blackberries I picked last summer from Ft. Vannoy Farms!!! Simple but so delicious!!
And for our traditional selection of flavors, we will always have our signature Bourbon Maple Cream, Lemon Cheesecake as well as Peanut Butter.

Great flavor combos this time. Think Coconut & Blackberry, Blackberry & Peanut Butter, Coconut & Lemon, Lemon & Blackberry, heck Coconut & Peanut Butter, or Bourbon Maple Cream & Blackberry. So many combinations!!! You get to pick a flavor with your order but you can add on additional flavors for $3.

Note: We're excited once again to be partnering with Melinda Cubic and Michelle McQuain from ReMax Integrity as they will be collecting plushies (stuffed animals), blankets and new clothing to donate and help a child in need. Donations will be delivered to CASA.

I have had a lot of help along the way creating Murf's Pancakes from the beginning of just pancakes at an open house to now our food trailer. Lots of stops along the way, lots of people that have stepped up to help make this what it is today. So, it's only fitting that I help someone else.

I'm not only honored but excited to be teaming up with Rowan Rhoads and her non-profit, Rowan's Wish, that supports local youth in a variety of ways. Rowan has created her own blend of coffee, cocoa mix, and then uses those to create some fun beverages that team perfectly with Murf's Pancakes!

It's always fun to collaborate on our flavors for syrups, cocoa's, coffee and now some fun sodas!

Watch this kid, she's going to great things in this world!!

Come join us Saturday, March 14th from 8am to Noon as we celebrate St. Patrick's Day coming up.

It's time for Murf's Pancake Pop-Up!!

I'm a Murphy, it's March..... so you know we're celebrating St. Paddy's Day!!

We're coming back with our Irish Car Bomb syrup ... yes, complete with Guiness Irish Stout, a splash of Jameson's Irish Whiskey and some Dreyer's Coffee Ice Cream! It'll make the Leprechauns sing!!

If you'd like something a little less Irish, how about Hummingbird Cake syrup. Think banana's, pineapple, pecans, spices with a cream cheese drizzle over the top! YUMMM!!!

Of course, for the more traditional selection of syrup flavors, we will have our signature Bourbon Maple Cream, Lemon Cheesecake and Peanut Butter.

Your tastebuds will dance with delight when they get that first bite of one of these amazing, handcrafted syrups drizzled over our scratch made buttermilk pancakes topped with a dollop of white chocolate whipped cream. WOW!!!

Thank you to all who came for pancakes today and celebrated Valentines Day with us!
You LOVED Cherry Berry and Peanut Butter as they both sold out!! Red Velvet was also very popular today!
It was a great day. The rain held off and we had Rowan Rhoades with Rowan's Wish serving creative cocoa flavors and delicious coffee.
Always so fun to see our regular customers and meet so many new people each month.
