October Pancake Pop-Up!! Saturday, October 10, 2026 8am to Noon!
It's time!!! Super excited for Pancake Saturday, especially since it's fall!! Time to savor those fall flavors!!
First up is the simple goodness of Apple! Think fresh apple pie....mmm!! That's going to be so delicious over those scratch made buttermilk pancakes!!!
Next up is one of our favorites, Cinnamon Roll! Creamy and warm deliciousness with that hint of cinnamon and cream cheese.
Note: the two mixed together are INCREDIBLE!!
Then we round out the selection of flavors with our famous Bourbon Maple Cream, Lemon Cheesecake and of course Peanut Butter.
Don't forget that signature dollop of White Chocolate Whipped Cream on top to round out the flavor experience!!
Scratch made gluten free pancakes available also.

It's almost time!!!! Saturday Pancake Pop-Up for September!!!
2nd Saturday is soon approaching and that means it's Murf' Pancakes on the 12th!
We're serving from 8am to Noon !
Excited to offer Ft. Vannoy's Blackberries this month in our Blackberry Syrup. Always a favorite and of course that local taste of summer.
Cheesecake syrup will be our other monthly special flavor and that one you can have by itself or pair it with any of our other flavors and have your own designer Cheesecake Pancakes!!
Bourbon Maple Cream, Lemon Cheesecake and Peanut Butter round out the selections of flavors this month.
Our buttermilk pancakes are always made from scratch as well as our gluten free pancakes and we top those babies with our white chocolate whip cream to create the most decant pancakes you've ever had.

It's time for Murf's Pancake Pop-Up!!
Happening this Saturday August 8th, 8am to noon B**r Company in Grants Pass!
Summer is here so we have to have Peach syrup!!! Fresh local peaches with just the right amount of sweetness over those scratch made buttermilk pancakes with white chocolate whipped cream!! OMG!!!
And another fun flavor of summer is Orange Cream, think Orange Creamsicle but this one is dairy free!! It's made with orange juice and coconut cream.
And for our traditional selection of flavors, we will always have our signature Bourbon Maple Cream, Lemon Cheesecake as well as Peanut Butter. You can never go wrong with any of those flavors!!
Don't forget, we offer scratch made gluten free pancakes as well.

We're excited to be part of Cruise the Rogue this year!!
We'll be serving up our outrageously delicious Bourbon Maple Cream pancakes on both Saturday and Sunday mornings starting at 8am.
We'll be located at Riverside Park in Grants Pass down near the boat launch.
Just look for the Murf's Pancake Trailer!!
Walk around and see all the incredible cars and enjoy some fabulous pancakes while you do!

July Pancake Pop-Up! Happening Saturday July 11th 8am to Noon
So having experienced Banana Ball recently and finding out that Officer Jeff Craven's daughter is a huge fan of Murff's Pancakes...we had to go with flavors that appropriately represents both.

Bananan Cream Pie will be one of our featured flavors of pancakes this month. Creamy banana pudding with fresh bananas and our White Chocolate Whipped Cream sprinkled with some crushed 'Nilla Wafers atop our famous scratch made buttermilk pancakes!

And in honor to support Officer Craven and his family we will be having Black 'n Blue Berry syrup. Locally grown berries representing the flavors of summer!
We will also be donating a portion of our proceeds to the Craven family.

Rounding out the flavor profile is our ever-famous Bourbon Maple Cream, Lemon Cheesecake and Peanut Butter syrups. We've got some great combinations you could try too....Banana Cream Pie with Peanut Butter or Peanut Butter with Black 'n Blue...or Lemon Cheesecake with Blanck 'n Blue!!

Gluten Free pancakes available also!!

We'll have serving up coffee and dirty sodas and of course Weekend with their famous Mimosas!!

It's time for Murf's Pancake Pop-Up!!

Happening Saturday June 13th from 8am to noon B**r Company.

It's June, and that means we celebrate those dads out there for Fathers Day month!

Some simple flavors but some amazing combinations!

We start with a vanilla pudding sauce. The creamy classic taste of vanilla.

Then we have Cherry Berry added to the line-up.

Now either one of those are delicious on their own, however you could combine them along with a drizzle of our Lemon Cheesecake syrup and our White Chocolate Whipped Cream and make your stack taste like a delicious Trifle!

For those of you that prefer our traditional selection of flavors, we always have our signature Bourbon Maple Cream, Lemon Cheesecake and Peanut Butter.

But think of the combinations...Vanilla/Bourbon Maple Cream, Vanilla/Lemon, Peanut Butter/Vanilla, Peanut Butter/Cherry Berry or Peanut Butter/Cherry Berry/Vanilla!!

Treat dad and your tastebuds to one of these amazing, handcrafted syrups drizzled over our scratch made buttermilk pancakes topped with a dollop of white chocolate whipped cream. WOW!!!

And for those of you that need gluten free pancakes, we also make those from scratch!

Kick off Father's Day month with Murf's Marvelous pancakes.

Add in one of those delicious coffees from .wish, and finish off the trifecta with an incredibly delicious mimosa from Weekend!!!

Hey Murf fans! We’re MIXING things up around here…literally!

I’ve been trying to think of different ways to utilize my food trailer and do some fun things that are different and people would enjoy. A couple of friends came up with the idea of offering snacks - like “snack mixes”. I loved the idea!! But I had no oven in my trailer.
I love how things always work out tho... I’ve just recently teamed up with The Launch Pad as a tenant using their commercial kitchen space. I’ll not only be doing my syrup bottling there but baking some things there also…like Gourmet Chex Mixes!!

You never know till you try it right? And I can’t let fear stop me. So, we’re giving it a go this Tuesday up at the Weekend for Trivia Night!

We will feature the following Gourmet Chex Mix Flavors:
The Loaded Classic – traditional but with a few extra ingredients in there.
Dillicious Ranchero – that distinctive flavor of dill pickles, garlic and zesty ranch – pucker up!
Murf’s Mix – featuring a spicy combination of cayenne and my signature Bourbon Maple Cream syrup. Crunchy, sweet, with a little kick at the end!
Sweet Street Crunch – cinnamon and sugar dusted mix that’s just perfect as a light dessert... think crunchy churros!

But that’s not all….
Lemon Berry Trifle - white cake with vanilla pudding and my Mixed Berry and Lemon Cheesecake syrups topped with our famous White Chocolate Whipped Cream!

Orchard Bourbon Bite! Simple but delicious – a blooming style fresh sliced apple with our Bourbon Maple Cream syrup to dip it in!!

Limited quantities on everything so get yours early!!

At Weekend B**r Co. this Tuesday evening 5 – 9 pm.
