That’s three weekends in a row now — and somehow, even though we keep buying more supplies every week, you all keep clearing us out.

We’re incredibly grateful for the support.

We’ll be CLOSED this Sunday while we restock, regroup, and get even more pounds of meat ready for next week.

Don’t take our word for it — take theirs. 🔥🐷

“Best BBQ way of KC.” “Pulled pork is to die for.”

That kind of feedback means something because this whole thing has a lot of soul and a lot of heart behind it.

Round as a dartboard, dart sharpened to a point. Cross the bridge, damn the pilgrimage. Take the heat, grit through the internal combustion, embrace the battle and the damage — because what comes out on the other side is what was in there all along.

That’s the BBQ. That’s the grind. That’s the point.

Except this one was Danny DeVito. 😂

I had to do a double take because for half a second my brain really went, “That is one weird-looking dog.”

I think Pig O’Latte’s is starting to get noticed.

Last Saturday was nuts. We were swamped and sold out of everything.

So today we’re doing it again.

Black Angus tri-tip will be ready around 11:30 and we’ll have it until it’s gone.

If last Saturday is any indication, I wouldn’t wait too long.
