We will be doing meals for taste testing on March 28th if you would like some please message me how many you would like. Pick up time will be between 2 and 3 pm they will consist of pulled pork, chicken, Mac n cheese and green beans with bacon. Price is 10 a meal. This will be the only taste test before we kick off the season so get it while you can to get your dates booked. Thank you

We had a fun and eventful day yesterday. Stepped away from the smoker to prepare a 7 course meal for a longtime returning customer. I'll say this i have never cooked anything I prepared for them before in my life and from the verdict of the crowd I nailed it. I had a blast and what an experience it was. Still amazed on how it was pulled off. From start to finish it was about 9 hours of cooking and slaying in the kitchen.
