woke up to some pretty bad back spasms this morning.
I am going to cancel setting up in Granite Falls today. I got to listen to my body.

But I do have some racks of ribs that I would like to clear out of my freezer. So if anybody would like a rack of ribs or 2 let me know by noon so I can get them on the smoker and they'll be ready by supper time! I'm also planning
on making up some apple crisp today if anybody be interested in a pan of that! Both would be picked up in Granite Falls

St Louis cut ribs $25 per rack

Pan of Apple Crisp $25

Please let me know by noon if you are interested

Tonight we had the pleasure of catering for Ragan and Cole! Thank you for letting us be part of your special day!

🔥 A LITTLE SCOTTY BIGGS SCHEDULE UPDATE! 🔥

Just a little heads-up for everybody — our schedule is going to be a little skinny for the next few weeks. Apparently the casino has decided they like having me around and keeps scheduling me for a whole bunch of hours! 😂

BUT… before anybody starts spreading rumors — WE ARE NOT DONE FOR THE SEASON! 🤣

We should be out twice next week, and hopefully we’ll sneak in a few more stops in the weeks following as we work our way toward the end of the season on November 1st.

I’m still working on figuring out which cities we’ll be hitting for the rest of the year. Once I know, you guys will know!

The only other thing we need to figure out is whether diesel is planning on cooperating. At these prices, the smoker might have to start walking itself to town. 😂😂

So hang with us, keep watching the page, and don’t put the BBQ away just yet! We’ve still got some smoking, cooking left to do before November 1st! 🔥🐷🚚

Scotty Biggs BBQ ain't going anywhere… we're just a little harder to catch right now!
