Granite Bowl is looking for another great person to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, willing to learn, and comfortable staying busy. Our team members do a little bit of everything—helping customers, making food, working with bowling, cleaning, stocking, and keeping things running smoothly.

💰 $11.50–$15.00/hour + tips
⏰ Part-time
🎳 Fun, fast-paced environment

🎳 WELL… WE HAVE A PROBLEM.

But it’s actually a pretty good problem to have. 😂

WE’RE GETTING BUSY.

And apparently, no matter how hard we try, we haven’t figured out how to be in the kitchen, behind the bar, answering the phone, checking on lanes, making pizzas AND helping customers all at the same time. 🤷‍♀️

So… Granite Bowl is looking for a few more people to join our crew!

ARE YOU MADE FOR THIS PLACE?

We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything. We can teach you.

What we are looking for is someone who:

🎳 Shows up when they’re scheduled and is ready to work
🍕 Can move when things get busy
👀 Notices what needs to be done without always having to be told
🧠 Can learn, remember, and think for themselves
🙌 Jumps in and helps wherever they’re needed
🧹 Understands that cleaning, stocking and prep are part of the job too
😊 Can be friendly with customers—even when we’re slammed
💪 Takes pride in doing a job well
😂 Can handle a little chaos and still have some fun

Here’s the deal…

Some shifts are pretty laid-back.

Others? The phone is ringing, food orders are coming in, every lane is full, somebody needs shoes, somebody needs a drink, and Lane 6 has decided NOW would be an excellent time to have a problem. 😂

If your response to that is to hide in the back—we may not be your people.

But if you like staying busy, working with a team, learning new things and having a shift go by FAST because there’s always something happening…

We might be exactly your kind of place.

Experience is great.

But attitude, reliability and willingness to learn matter even more.
