Our Taittinger Champagne Patio Mixer is almost here and this is your last chance to join us for an evening of exceptional Champagne, thoughtful bites, and beautiful patio views overlooking Quarry Pond.

Join us for our upcoming Taittinger Champagne Patio Mixer, featuring an exceptional lineup of pours from one Champagne’s most celebrated houses, including rare tastes of 2013 Comtes de Champagne and Prélude Grand Cru.

Throughout the evening, Taittinger Ambassador Olivier Tonnerre will guide guests through the selections, sharing stories, insight, and what makes each Champagne so special. Join us on May 2 at 11a for a hands-on cocktail class at the Hawks Bar. Led by our amazing bar team, you’ll craft and enjoy three seasonal cocktails, each paired with a selection of light hors d’oeuvres.

Along the way, we’ll guide you through the techniques, balance, and thoughtful details that shape our approach behind the bar so you can sip with a little more intention (and confidence) long after the afternoon ends.
