Summer is here, and we're excited to share what we've been working on in the kitchen.
We've added five new dishes to our menu that celebrate the season and the ingredients we love. These are the kinds of meals that make us remember why we opened Sette in the first place: simple, thoughtful, and built on quality.

Here's what's new:
Lobster Ravioli with Prosecco Beurre Blanc — Fresh pasta filled with tender Maine lobster, finished with a bright, buttery sauce that lets the seafood shine.
Italian Sausage Vodka Pappardelle — Wide ribbon pasta with our house-made sausage, tomato, cream, and a touch of vodka. Comforting and complex.
Crispy Skin Salmon with Asparagus Risotto — Farm raised sashimi grade salmon with skin that shatters when you cut it, served over creamy risotto with fresh spring asparagus. Don't want the skin, just ask your server and we'll remove it.
Seasonal Caprese Salad — Heirloom tomatoes and burrata imported from Italy. Summer in a bowl.
Filet Mignon with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Brussels Sprouts — Because sometimes you want a perfect steak. This is it.

We're also launching a dedicated gluten-free menu. Recently, my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease, which opened my eyes to how important accessibility is. We've sourced gluten-free pasta and pizza dough imported from Italy—and they're genuinely delicious. Our GF pasta cooks in its own water, and we've built out a full menu so guests with celiac or gluten sensitivity can enjoy the same quality and care we put into everything else.
Just ask your server for our gluten-free menu. They'll walk you through the options. Please note: due to our kitchen's size, we can't guarantee zero cross-contamination, but we take it seriously.

We’re excited to introduce a new local winery to the Sette wine list, Lecavalier Cellars.

Located right off Highway 80 near Newcastle, Lecavalier Cellars is producing some outstanding wines sourced from their estate vineyards in Penryn, as well as other premier AVA’s throughout California, including Napa and Sonoma. My wife and I recently stopped by their tasting room and were pleasantly surprised, not only by the quality of the wines, but also the great small plates and welcoming atmosphere.

Their Rosé immediately stood out to me, fresh, balanced, and perfect for warmer days ahead, so much so that we decided to add it to our menu by the glass at Sette.

Another thing we love about Lecavalier Cellars is their commitment to sustainability. Their wine bottles are fully reusable, and they will pick up the empty bottles to be filled again. You can also return bottles to the tasting room, and they will credit your account $2 per bottle returned.

Next time you’re at Sette, give the Rosé a try. Better yet, make a trip to their tasting room and explore the full lineup for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. Lecavalier has been kind enough to offer Sette Guests a 2 for 1 tasting through June. Simply bring in a receipt from Sette to redeem!
