Agricultor Dinner — A cheese & onion enchilada plus a chalupa piled with beans, beef, lettuce, tomato & cheese, served with rice and beans.

Arriero Dinner — Two dipped corn tortillas covered with chili & cheese and your choice of beef or chicken fajita, served with rice, beans and a salad.

Ranchero Plate — A cheese & onion enchilada and tamale served with rice and beans. A simple plate full of Mexican comfort-food favorites!
