Steve here- Although I thought our last event of the 20th season might be a smallish one, I was pleasantly impressed with tonight’s turnout. 👍🏼👍🏼 As you can see, we had several riders brave the cooler temperatures and slight drizzle to ring out the season with their fellow EBN regulars. This year has been special for many reasons. We’ve seen a growing number of first time attendees and an increase in the number of younger riders which to me is always good to see along with our long time 🏍️ friends. I especially like to see our group as a whole embrace the ATGATT philosophy. I like to think of our group as “Riders” not just bikers and, as riders, we know that safety while riding is paramount. As you can see, tonight we were fortunate to host two riders who were SAVED BY THE HELMET and recognized here at Hofbrauhaus Columbus by motorcycle.ohio.gov ( See photos). Finally I want to now take a moment to thank our gracious hosts at Hofbrauhaus Columbus and Nationwide Reality for all they do to make it possible for us to enjoy the best location in town for our event. A very special thanks to our friends Ann and Mike Allen at MOTOHIO EUROPEAN MOTORBIKES for all they do to make our series of events special. The Allen’s and MOTOHIO have been a part of EBN from the very beginning. Also Pete Fantine and Josh Smith for promoting and facilitating each event and especially for making it possible for all of you to receive your FREE EBN T-SHIRTS. And lastly, to my wife Colleen for putting up with me as I continue to promote and grow this event and bring it to you all for the last 20 years. It’s truly a labor of motorcycle passion for me. And now as the seasons change, I will concentrate on finding great roads to explore in October and early November with friends. I hope to see you enjoying our mutual passion for the road as the leaves begin to fall. 🍂🍃🍁 Be safe. Ride safe and enjoy the road ahead . 🏍️

Steve here- Although it turned out to be a very nice evening for our second to last EBN event, it did rain in parts of the city even though WCMH weather forecasters assured me that there would be 0% chance of rain tonight. 🙄. We had a nice turnout with a few friends we haven’t seen in a while and many riders we see at nearly every event. 👍🏼 It’s always a good time talking bikes and telling stories with fellow riders here at the Hofbrauhaus. So enjoy some photos and start making plans to attend our last event of the season on Tuesday, September 22. Until then…. please enjoy the coming Fall weather and as always… Ride safe! 🏍️
