Lighthouse Landing Resort & Marina is a premier vacation and weekend getaway destination on Western Kentucky’s Kentucky Lake. Our central location in the small town of Grand Rivers is the perfect spot to base your activities. We are 2 blocks from Patti’s Settlement and Badgett Playhouse Theater. The north entrance to The Land Between the Lakes is just minutes away with all of its hiking and biking

trails, Planetarium, Elk & Bison Prairie, The Homeplace and more. Fishing, boating, sailing and water sports of all kinds are popular in the warmer months, eagle viewing and shopping are favored in the winter months. Close to restaurants, gift shops, antique shops, golf courses, go-karts, a water park, drive-in movie theater and many other attractions- there is something for everyone! Just a few miles from I-24, Lighthouse Landing is easy to get to, yet feels secluded. Our completely furnished 1, 2 and 3 bedroom cottages have wonderful main lake views year round. Our 1 bedroom cottage that features a whirlpool tub for two is perfect for a romantic getaway, honeymoon or anniversary for couples. For a vacation to remember, bring the family and stay in one of our 2 or 3 bedroom cottages. Relax on our private beach for some fun in the sun! Grills, a fire pit, picnic tables and shade trees make this a great little area to spend the day. Take stroll down the Grand Rivers Jetty, voted by Cosmopolitan Magazine as one of the most romantic spots in the US. Enjoy the setting sun, passing eagles, boats and barges and plenty of nature- right from your deck! Our picturesque marina is home to over 150 sailboats. Housekeeping Position – Lighthouse Landing Resort & Marina

Position Details:
• Hours: Monday – Sunday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Schedule Note: This role requires 1-2 weekends per month through September (flexible scheduling available)

What You’ll Do:
• Clean cottages to ensure they are guest-ready before check-in
• Detail boat interiors
• Restock supplies throughout the resort
• Inspect units for cleanliness, damages, or maintenance needs
• Maintain organization of housekeeping carts and supply areas

Requirements:
• Friendly personality
• Dependable with a positive attitude
• Ability to work weekends as needed
• Detail oriented and through
• Prior Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required

Position Details:

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about the resort, marina, local attractions, and activities
• Assist with general front desk and guest needs
• Work in a beautiful lakeside setting with a positive team atmosphere

Requirements:
• Friendly personality and strong customer service skills
• Dependable with a positive attitude
• Ability to work weekends as needed
• Proficient with computer/reservation systems (training provided)
• Excel experience required
• Cash & credit report balancing

In Grand Rivers, Kentucky on the shores of Kentucky Lake…you’ll find Lighthouse Landing, a scenic little resort and marina with one of the prettiest sunset views in the Bluegrass State. The lighthouse and pier make this spot feel more like a coastal getaway than a place tucked along a Kentucky lake, with a viewing deck where you can look out across the water, watch sailboats pass, and take in the sun dropping over Kentucky Lake.

It is part of Lighthouse Landing Resort and Marina, which offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom cottages, along with a guest house and guest room for overnight stays. The marina has 190 open slips for powerboats and sailboats up to 42 feet, and Kentucky Lake itself covers just over 250 square miles, making it one of the best sailing spots in the Midwest. Visitors can book sailing lessons, spend time fishing or biking, relax by a fire pit, walk the shoreline, or make the short trip next door to Patti’s 1880’s Settlement for a meal.

Grand Rivers also sits at the northern entrance to Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area, so Lighthouse Landing is just minutes from trails, wildlife, scenic drives, and more lake country. It’s an easy stop off I-24 for a peaceful view of the lighthouse and water, but it’s also the kind of place where booking a cottage for a longer stay makes the whole area even better.
