Hola Amigos,
Out of love for a local Icon, We at Tengo have been proudly offering the Señor Fabúloso for two weeks. It has long been our intention to reintroduce what we feel is spot on to the Classic original. We had it on our menu pre-covid and it didn’t have a chance for the word to spread before the pandemic shut us down.
Many joints in the area claim to have the Fab. We’ve not found one that was spot on. It seems every rendition has some twist on the original that takes it away from that great olive burger.
So if you want the real deal, come
get one. Although we call it the “Señor Fabūlóso” it is the same as we all remember. The olives, the melty cheese, the mayo, the thin patties, and the cold veggies all coming together in glorious splendor!!!
