Sunday staff spotlight: meet Agatha 🐾

If your latte has tasted especially good lately, there's a great chance Agatha had a hand in making it special. She came to us with serious coffee knowledge and she's been pouring it straight into our menu revamp, including a housemade marshmallow syrup that she's perfecting for our upcoming summ er menu. More on that soon 🌞

When she's not behind the bar, she's our merch lead, so if you see new super cute stuff, that's her too.

Off the clock she's an artist, a thrifter, a gamer. I wanted to add what genre of music she plays in the cafe but her playlist has literally EVERYTHING.

She's also a cat person through and through, with three at home including Brie, the sweet girl in her arms, who she adopted right here from Fig and Friends Pet Rescue.

Wave doesn't really believe in personal space, and honestly, we're here for it. He's a total people person. Sit down and he's up on your shoulder, in your face, purring like he's known you forever.

At about 2 years old, he's the perfect mix of playful and cuddly.

Field trip! ✈️🐈☕️

When you run a cat cafe, visiting another one counts as research (at least that’s what I told myself 😻)

I stopped by Frisky’s Cat Cafe in St. Augustine, FL and fell for every single resident. The most cats (50!!!), great coffee, and that same magic we love back at Happy Cat: a whole room full of cats waiting for their forever homes ✨

I fell in love with Sugar who’s been at their cafe for 3 years (any Florida fans better be applying )

Cat people supporting cat people never gets old 💛

Every one of them taught us something, and somehow it all added up to this.
