The Watermark Golf Shop is now back open for the season. Our February hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday through Friday, we are also starting to get new merchandise in this month. We received some new Sun Mountain golf bags in, they are super stylish and look awesome with our club logo. At Watermark, we’re proud to highlight team members who bring passion and dedication to the game. Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Mick, our incredible Golf Professional!

Mick’s love for competitive golf led him to a career in the industry, where he continues to share his expertise and passion for the game. One of his most unforgettable experiences? Playing multiple British Open courses in Scotland, including his dream course—St. Andrews!

His top tip for golfers? Focus on hitting fairways and sharpening your short game from 100 yards in. His must-have club? Hybrids—every golfer should have at least two! And his favorite hole at Watermark? Hole #15, with its challenging green and ever-changing play.

⛳️ Stretch your way to better swings with Shalynn at RedWater Fitness! 🧘‍♀️ Whether you’re hitting the fairways or just want to feel great, these stretches are perfect for golfers:

👉 Hip Flexors Stretch: Improve your rotation with a deep stretch for your hip flexors. Step one foot forward into a lunge, keeping the back leg straight. For a deeper stretch, raise the arm on the side of your back leg and gently rotate outward. You can also try this kneeling for extra stability.
👉 Standing Forward Bend: Loosen up those hamstrings and lower back for a smoother follow-through. Stand with feet hip-width apart, bend at the hips, and reach for your toes. Let your head hang to feel the stretch.
👉 Shoulder Stretch: Keep your swing fluid by stretching your shoulders and upper back. Bring one arm across your chest and hold it with the opposite arm. Keep the shoulders down and feel the stretch through the upper back.
👉 Wrist and Forearm Stretch: Keep your grip strong and steady. Extend one arm in front, palm up, and gently pull back on the fingers with your other hand. Switch to palm down to stretch the top of the forearm.

Get ready to limber up and lower those scores! 🏌️‍♂️💪

Play great golf course from all over the World, like Cabot Cliffs in Canada. What a great looking course, to play on our Track man simulator at Watermark. Reserve a time now that winter has settled in , enjoy some good and drink while you play. Must be 21 and over for our Simulator here at Watermark, which is next to Sticks lounge. Thornapple Pointe is available for under age 21, they have 8 simulators in a great set up, with food, drink etc. Get your game ready for 2025.
