We cleaned out the wine closet yesterday to make room for all of our new German and fall wines that are rolling in and realized we have one or two bottles left of some wines that will be leaving the menu.

Our solution? We want them gone, you want the wine, we'll make the deal! This weekend only, 40% off bottles of these select wines. This deal will begin for dinner service tonight (5 pm, Friday, August 28th) and run through the weekend as supplies last.

Next up in our introductions is the silky butternut squash soup. Full of warm curry spices, maitake mushroom cream, and garnished with bread crumb and maitake mushrooms. This is a wonderful addition to your dinner, or a standalone lunch option!

We have had a wonderful kick off to this menu and can't wait to bring you more as we truck through Deutschland!

Short Rib Rouladen!

One of the best parts of launching a new menu is introducing you all to our fabulous new dishes. First up is this hearty rouladen!

We start with a braised short rib that has been pounded flat, brushed with mustard, stuffed with mire poix & bacon, and rolled (hence 'rouladen') up. Let that bad boy braise for 24 hours. Finish with a lovely mustard demi-glace, braised cabbage, and fresh herbs. Tender, hearty, and absolutely delicious.

**Pro tip: Grab a friend & split a rouladen and a bowl of Brussel sprouts for an A++ meal!

We have arrived in Germany just in time for the arrival of fall (yes, yes, we too can't believe how quickly the summer flew by).

**Please Note**
The menu will be added to throughout the week as more new products land, so keep your eyes peeled for updates as we get this menu under our belt.

You may notice we have added a section 'for the less curious'. We've heard from some that while they love to experiment and try new things, they may have friends, spouses, or family members that are just a bit too intimidated to give us a try. We have added this section so you can dine with all of your cohorts without worry, and, hopefully, while they are here, we can get them to try a few new things as well!

We had such a wonderful time closing out Iberia with everyone yesterday! What a perfect evening.

Prep is well underway for tonight's 5-course farewell dinner! (Peep that beautiful Wagyu New York Strip from Angie's Acres ...we are pretty stoked to be serving these bad boys tonight!)
