Have you heard of One Vegetable, One Community? They are a local organization that works to bring the joy of growing, cooking and eating vegetables to our community. Every year they highlight a different vegetable, providing seeds, plants, and education. This year they are shining a spotlight on the wonderful cruciferous cauliflower!

We lovingly refer to this guy as our Spanish potato salad, and it is definitely a summer crowd pleaser!

Butter poached fingerling potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, egg, caperberries, and, we are convinced, some of the best anchovies you will ever eat, form the base of the dish. Dressed in red pepper vinaigrette with toasted baguettes croutons and garnished with fresh parsley and basil.

Definitely not your average picnic potato salad!

While tapas are mostly meant to share, this one happens to make a perfect lunch option if you are flying solo!

Whether you had an epic Saturday night, or just enjoy a lovely Bloody Mary, we are ready to introduce our latest iteration of our light and flavorful take on this classic cocktail.

We start with our bloody consomm茅, but this time we replaced the bell peppers with the smokey Spanish Piquillio and added Guindilla pickling brine for a little acid pop. Piment d'Espelette (a classic Basque pepper seasoning) is added into the umami syrup to give a sweet & spicey kick. Choose vodka or tequila (or our NA tequila substitute!). Garnish with smoked salt, olive and cornichon.

This is not your usual Bloody Mary!

Also, why stop at one Bloody when you can have 3! Join us down on Block 19 on Sundays to experience 3 unique Bloody Mary's in one little neighborhood. $30 gets you a Bloody here, , and . That, my friends, is a perfect summer Sunday.

We have rotated our paella del momento! This new paella takes us to a more rustic, and many would argue traditional, iteration of this classic dish.

Saffron rice, sofrito and diced chorizo form the base. Add in rabbit, Burgundy snails, confit duck leg, peas and fresh herbs to garnish. ($55)

We snagged some excellent soft shell crab for this special. Start by beer battering the whole crab, set on a bed of romesco marisco (red pepper, nuts, tomato and oyster sauce), Guindilla chiles, and finished off with perserved lemon & scallion. ($23)

This dish is our play on colflori ofegada, or drowned cauliflower.

We start with a layer of deep, rich cauliflower pur茅e, then add braised cauliflower, chopped bacon, pine nuts & raisin for just a pop of sweet. A hearty veg dish to add to your tapas night (ps this guy is gluten free. Ask for no bacon and it is vegetarian as well!!馃ウ馃ガ).

Did you know, while supplies last you can add a fresh truffle shave to any dish for $20, and the Colflori paired with truffle is a match made in heaven!

The Iberian menu exploration is not only flavorful and fun, but there are also plenty of options for our gluten free diners! Many things are naturally gluten free, or can be easily altered to provide a gluten free experience! With a 48 hour notice we can even do things like make a batch of gluten free alb贸ndingas if you have your eyes on some delicious Spanish meatballs! Let us know when you make your reservations if you have any dietary restrictions and always let your server know so they can help guide you to a safe and fun dining experience!

Allow us to introduce Padr贸n, a Spanish pepper. Mostly mild & lightly sweet, they are known to occasionally pack a punch, often being referred to as the 'Russian Roulette' of peppers.

Our dish starts with blistered Padr贸n peppers, on a bed of romesco (roasted red pepper sauce), drizzled with garlic honey, and garnished with grated Mah贸n cheese.

This guy is super tasty!
