These days our oat milk recipe is comprised of 7 ingredients and two seprate sessions of production. Day one is making the concentrate before giving it a 12 hour rest in the fridge. Day two is pasturization and packaging. We produce about 12 gallons a week right here in the cafe and have spent close to four years tweaking it for our needs and flavor profile desires. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoy making it 🫡🩷
