Okay, okay… we heard you! 😂 You’ve been asking for a Shrimp Basket, so we finally gave in. 😉

Crispy deep-fried shrimp served with golden fries, coleslaw & a slice of toast. Basically, everything you’ve been asking for on one plate!

🍔🍺 FUN FACT ABOUT BOULDER TAP HOUSE!

Did you know the idea for Boulder Tap House was created on a napkin? Yes… a napkin. 😄

Many moons ago, one of our original owners had a vision. He shared the idea with another owner, who basically said, “Show me.” So, naturally, he grabbed a napkin and started drawing it out. ✍️

That little napkin sketch eventually became something much bigger.

The vision came to life in St. Cloud, Minnesota, where an existing restaurant space was transformed into the very first Boulder Tap House. And what is so fun to think about is that the heart of that original idea is still very much who we are today:

🙌 A fun, casual place to gather
❤️ Somewhere to enjoy time with friends, family, coworkers—or just yourself!

Today, Boulder Tap House has grown to more than 10 locations, and we are incredibly proud of how far that napkin-sized dream has come.

And a special thank-you to the person behind that original dream, who is still part of our team today. Apparently, some pretty great ideas really DO start on a napkin. 😉🍔🍺

There’s a chill in the air, so this week’s shoutout had to be something that screams cozy fall vibes. 🍁 And really… what pairs better than a warm, cheesy Philly Sandwich and a smooth Banana Bread Old Fashioned? 😍

🥪 Philly Sandwich
Shaved beef topped with Pabst onions, banana peppers, green peppers, Swiss cheese and Alabama white sauce. Served on a toasted hoagie bun with au jus on the side.
