Recipes by George I worked at the Grand Rapids Marriott Inn from 1982 thru 1988. During that time I worked every position in the kitchen, from salads to Executive Chef.

I studied at the Grand Rapids Junior College Culinary Arts Program, and was Certified in 1987.
