DADDY PETE'S BBQ TO GO
In August of 2016, we were able to open a small to-go location where we serve our same slow-smoked goodness, but at one stationary location! Please note, this is a to-go location that does NOT have a restroom for the public. DADDY PETE'S BBQ MOBILE CONCESSION TRAILER
We have a 20' foot mobile concession trailer which houses a 6' rotisserie smoker and commercial kitchen! Follow our page and check our website to stay up to date on our events. All meats are carefully seasoned with our specially formulated dry rub and cooked on a rotisserie smoker over wood chunks for no less than 6 hours! The smoking method is designed to achieve the tenderness and smoked taste that you will thoroughly enjoy. You can taste the smoke in the barbeque, but you can see it too. Look for that pink color just under the surface. That’s the ’Smoke Ring’...the sign of authentic barbeque that was cooked over real hardwood on a smoker for hours. We would like to thank God for this opportunity. We definitely thank those who have already been huge supporters of our endeavor.
