This one means A LOT. 😭
A little over a year ago, I took over this little deli, and what we’ve built since then has completely blown me away.
I absolutely could not do this without my crew. ❤️ These ladies show up, work their butts off, roll with the crazy days, keep things moving when the orders just don’t stop, and care about this deli right alongside me. This win is just as much theirs as it is mine. I’m so incredibly proud and grateful for our team.
And to every single person who voted for us, ordered lunch, shared a post, told a friend, tried one of our crazy creations, or patiently waited when we were slammed — THANK YOU.
We’re just a little local deli making sandwiches and doing our best every day.
Apparently…we make some pretty damn good ones. 🤣🥪🏆

Three meats. A little heat. Zero intention of being neat… and apparently, zero intention of easing quietly onto the menu. 😂
We were absolutely blown away by the amount of orders today, and we cannot thank you enough — especially everyone who was so patient and understanding with the longer-than-usual wait times. ❤️
Seriously, you guys SHOWED UP for this sandwich, and we are beyond grateful for every single order, every kind word, and every person who supports our little deli.
The Tuscan Trio has spoken. The masses have spoken. And apparently… we better keep making sandwiches. 😂🇮🇹🥪

🚨 NEW SANDWICH ALERT! 🚨
It's finally here... and this one was worth the wait.
Built on a toasted filone hoagie with housemade roasted garlic aioli, our house-made Italian vinaigrette, hot capicola, ham, Genoa salami, provolone, crisp shredded lettuce, juicy tomatoes, red onion, and a generous helping of giardiniera for the perfect kick.
Every bite is loaded with savory meats, creamy provolone, fresh veggies, tangy vinaigrette, and just enough heat to keep you coming back for another.
The only problem? 🤔
We still can't decide on a name!
