This weekend we featured a beef tartare with morel dressing, ramp tops & pickled ramp bulbs, roasted morels, and a Bryndlewood Gardens egg yolk. 🍄🟫 WOW was it amazing! As the foraging season comes to a close for ramps, we just want to say how thankful we are for our foragers! And don’t worry - we stocked up!!!
