Pulaski Days means a little more to us. 🇵🇱
Our owner is Polish, and our connection to Grand Rapids’ Polish community goes far beyond one weekend.
During COVID, when many of our local Polish halls were struggling, we were proud to support them however we could. And we’ll always believe the 13 participating halls are at the heart of what makes Pulaski Days so special.
But that’s also what we love about this tradition.
It started with Polish heritage, but year after year, it brings an entire city together. Different neighborhoods. Local businesses. Generations of families. People of Polish, Latvian and countless other backgrounds all celebrating alongside one another.
We don’t believe supporting the halls and supporting the local businesses celebrating alongside them have to be mutually exclusive.
Visit the halls. Eat the food. Listen to the music. Support the businesses. Learn about the traditions. Celebrate the culture.
Because the more people who participate, the more we keep these traditions alive.
We’re proud to be Polish.
We’re proud to be West Side.
And we’re proud to celebrate with all of Grand Rapids.
Happy Pulaski Days from The Holiday Bar. 🇵🇱❤️
