Gaslight Kitchen Asian Cuisine Gaslight Kitchen is a safe and friendly place for everyone to enjoy, and to savor the flavors of an Mr. and Mrs. Ly founded the restaurant in 2018.

It all started when they were at home one day at the dinner table, enjoying their meals together. An Ly (owner) proposed an idea to start his own restaurant. Having knowledge and experience in the Chinese restaurant industry in the past, his wife Mrs. Yen Ly gave in and suggested that her Vietnamese recipes be a part of the restaurant as well. Together they work as a team to share their Chinese and Vietnamese style dishes with the community.
