25 years. that’s a pretty special one.

this week, we’re celebrating executive chef dan blanchard and an incredible milestone at bistro bella vita!

if you’ve dined with us sometime over the last two and a half decades, dan has been part of your experience. from countless nights of service and private events to menu changes, a country concert or two, and more orders of rotini con pollo than we could ever begin to count, he’s been a constant in our kitchen.

along the way, dan has helped shape the food we serve, led our chef team, and shared his knowledge with so many people who have come through the kitchen. dan’s leadership, talent, and dedication are a big part of what makes bbv, well, bbv.

thank you for everything you’ve poured into this restaurant, chef. we’re incredibly lucky to have you. here’s to 25 years, dan.

heirloom tomato salad: pickled carrot, red endive, peanut, fresno chili, ginger-honey, green onion dressing

pizza feature: prosciutto, shaved brussels sprout, celeriac cream, pickled sweet pepper, mozzarella

orecchiette: brisket, heirloom tomato, fennel, celeriac soubise, walnut pangrattato
