Happy Burger Wednesday to everyone!

I just wanted to share a quick update to the world of Food Pricing and what is going on. I have attached a food projection chart for everyone to look at. When you look at this your eye's start to hurt.

BOTTOM LINE

EVERYTHING IS GOING CRAZY!!!

In the past few years I believe the cost of food has risen 23%plus. What does this mean for all your favorite places to eat? You got it prices are going up.

Let's take the 23% plus and add in Rents/Electric/Gas/Insurance/Labor etc. We should put this number more like 30% plus.

The fact that everything continues to climb makes it harder for everyone not just Restaurant owners but families, retired folks, college kids etc.

When you go visit your favorite place keep all this in mind as they are doing everything in their power to keep the lights on and provide for their staff and families.

O'Briens Thanks each one of you that come to visit us each day.

Here we go again!

Because the world is on fire this summer we have no choice but to close up shop a touch early. Why you ask?

Big kitchen small space + 97 & sun makes it pretty gross for our staff.

Yes we have AC but it can only handle so much as I am sure if your bedroom
Is upstairs that gets pretty toasty at times.

Imagine we are in the attic working!

Cheers to Tuesday!
