We're Savor The Flavor! A Grand Rapids based catering company serving up bold flavors, handcrafted eggrolls, and unforgettable meals for every occasion. From intimate gatherings and corporate lunches to weddings, festivals, and community events, we believe great food has a way of bringing people together. Founded by Shantal Thomas in 2018, every menu is made with creativity, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of heart.

To our valued customers: Due to unforeseen family illness, we will unfortunately be unable to attend our pop-up at Apline & Myrtle today and Saturday's Fulton Street Market. We are family operational and because we work with food, the health and safety of our customers and community are always our top priorities, and we never want to risk spreading illness. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding, grace, and continued support during this time. We look forward to serving you again soon and sharing your favorite eggrolls with you!

Today's reminder: kindness costs nothing.

On our way into an event yesterday, we encountered someone walking down the middle of the entry driveway. Rather than honk or make a fuss, we simply went around them, waved, and wished them a good day. The response? Let's just say it wasn't exactly friendly. 😅

Fast forward a little while, and that same person ended up stopping by our booth to purchase egg rolls.

It got us thinking about how important first impressions are. Whether you're a customer, vendor, employee, or just passing by, a little kindness and respect can go a long way.

You never know when you'll cross paths with someone again—or when they might become your customer.

We're choosing kindness every time. ❤️

🌧️ Weather Update 🌧️

We've been keeping a close eye on today's weather forecast, and unfortunately, it looks like we'll need to move our pop-up to Friday.

The forecast is calling for rain right in the middle of the time we'd normally be set up at the corner of Alpine & Myrtle, and we want to make sure we're able to serve everyone safely and comfortably.

The good news is that Friday's forecast is looking much better! ☀️ We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing everyone on Friday instead.

🚨 Weather Update 🚨

If it rains today during our scheduled pop-up at the corner of Alpine & Myrtle, we will not be operating due to our tent setup.

But don't worry— if it rains we'll be making it up on Friday! 🌞 The forecast is looking much better for Friday than it is for Wednesday or Thursday, so we'll plan to see you then if not today.

We'll keep everyone updated. Thank you for your understanding and continued support! ❤️
