🇨🇴 Para tener en cuenta en el Consulado Móvil de Colombia en GRAND RAPIDS

Hola chicos, mañana ya es el Consulado Móvil. Por favor vayamos preparados:
1. Madruguen, se estima que asistirá mucha gente.
2. Realizar el Registro Consular por cada persona, sea adulto o menor.
• En el documento se coloca la cédula.
• Para menores, el Registro Civil (usar el NIUP).
3. No necesitan fotos, allá se las toman.
Sugerencia respetuosa: pasar a la ventanilla sin accesorios (aretes, collares, piercing, etc.).
4. Si van a realizar trámite de pasaporte o tarjeta consular, por favor llevar el sobre (como el de la foto adjunta) con estampillas y tracking number en caso de usar USPS.
5. ‼️‼️ ⏰IMPORTANTE: Consigan las estampillas para el sobre si quieren que sus documentos lleguen a su domicilio.
6. No se recibe efectivo.
Llevar tarjeta débito o crédito a nombre de la persona que realiza el trámite, o un Money Order por el valor exacto.
7. Lo más importante: vayan con disponibilidad de tiempo.
Seamos educados, empáticos y pacientes.

Hi everyone, the Mobile Consulate is tomorrow. Please be prepared:

1. Arrive early, as a large crowd is expected.

2. Complete the Consular Registration for each person, whether adult or minor.

• Place your ID card on the form.

• For minors, bring your Birth Certificate (use the NIUP).

3. You don't need photos; they will be taken there.
Respectful suggestion: Please go to the window without accessories (earrings, necklaces, piercings, etc.).

4. If you are applying for a passport or consular ID card, please bring the envelope (like the one in the attached photo) with stamps and the tracking number if using USPS. 5. ‼️‼️ ⏰IMPORTANT: Get the stamps for the envelope if you want your documents delivered to your home.

6. No cash accepted.
Bring a debit or credit card in the name of the person completing the transaction, or a money order for the exact amount.

7. Most importantly: allow yourself plenty of time.
