Every meal matters, and every decorated bag adds a touch of love to a Sack Supper.
Each weekday, KFB serves 11,500 healthy meals to children across West Michigan. A colorful character, cheerful design or a simple message of encouragement on a bag reminds a child that the community cares.
As we gear up for Brown Bag Decorating Month, we are working toward a goal of 150,000 decorated bags. It sounds like a lot, and it is! But 150,000 bags represents just over two and a half weeks of meal service. We have seen the incredible power of this community time and time again, and we know when we all come together, every bag becomes part of something bigger.
You can help turn a blank bag into a work of art, delivering smiles to a child this fall. This October, join us for Brown Bag Decorating Month as we turn 150,000 blank bags into 150,000 reminders that West Michigan cares about every child.
