Today we recognize more High Five honorees - those whose compassion, generosity, and unwavering support uplift the people around them.

Solar Bear Heating gives high fives to:

✋Rob Munro, Mountain Beast MMA - Rob cares deeply about the mental and physical health of our community. By providing the Mountain Beast gym as a resource with very affordable and flexible member pricing, he's giving access to those who may not have been able to afford other fitness programs. While there, he also gives invaluable instruction to members (if they ask for it 😉 ). His MMA teaching program that he offers to at-risk youth gives them a second chance to turn their life around, as well as create safe places and methods for coping with emotion and turmoil. Our community is lucky have such a place to grow our muscles, and through example, our heart.

✋Karen Munro, Grand Manor - Karen creates a sense of community with anyone around her. Her workers know her as family. Her friends know she has a heart of gold, and will pour her efforts to make sure people feel loved and appreciated. She helps families in need, and inspires others to do the same. Karen's actions in our community help all our collective mental health, and to feel loved, valued and nurtured.

Through their service and commitment to others, they embody the spirit of community and remind us of the importance of caring for one another.
