After two wonderful years, Flavors of Manila is officially signing off for now.
Flavors of Manila has always been a family dream — four Filipino immigrants sharing the comforting flavors of home with Grand Junction. What started with a food truck and a simple menu became something bigger than we ever imagined, thanks to you.
Every Saturday, you showed up for lumpia, pancit, and halo-halo. You brought your friends, asked about the Philippines, and made us feel like we belonged. We didn’t just serve meals — we built a community, and we’re so grateful.
Stepping away isn’t easy. With a growing family and a need to focus on health, we’ve sold our food truck and are choosing to press pause. For two summers we gave our Saturdays to FOM. Now, it’s time to give that time back to family and wellness.
This isn’t goodbye forever. We hope to bring Flavors of Manila back someday, maybe in a new way. For now, our priority is our family.
Thank you, Grand Junction, for welcoming us to your tables. We’ll miss you deeply and hope to see you again when the time is right.
With love and gratitude,
The Flavors of Manila Family
P.S. To everyone who’s messaged us about catering, events, or our schedule — we’re so sorry we haven’t been able to reply. With the truck sold, we won’t be taking bookings for now. Thank you for thinking of us, and for understanding.
Sharing a few photos from our last two events last year that we never got to post. It was a beautiful day, and we’re so grateful we got to end on that note. ❤️
