🚨⚔️🍕New Special!🍕⚔️🚨
We have a new take on a pie we have run a few times before; THE PEACH POPPER!!! It's like a jalapeno popper but with a peachy twist.
Olive oil base, mozzarella, fresh fresnos and jalapenos, bacon, cream cheese, and a bus-made PEACH GREEN CHILE JAM. It hits so hard. I'll be honest though, I thought this one was gonna be way too spicy for most people, but it barely touched me. I might be a freak of spicy nature, so take that into account when considering if this Brutal Pie is for you. This is likely the last of the palisade peaches for the season, so get it while you can. Double bronze yet again! We placed third in the Grand Junction Daily Sentinel Best of the West voting in both the food truck AND pizza categories! That's quite the feat for only having 2 full years of business under our belt, we are beyond stoked! Thanks to all of you for continuing to support our little weirdo pizza bus, and for voting for us, you all rule! And a huge congrats to the rest of the winners! So many great food businesses, you guys all earned everything you got. Alright back to work, see ya soon!

We are soooooo stoked to be back at the Punk Rock Flea Market October 10th! Last year was such a great time, here's to an even bigger and better one this year! The folks planning this event have really poured their hearts into it, and they have so many cool things lined up. Local pickling cukes from okagawa farm for the Pickle Gnar. This was such a hit last week, it's probably gonna be around for the rest of the summer; even as we roll out other pizza specials. Also, I just wanted to throw out a quick reminder that we are CLOSED tonight, see you Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Party on!

Alright, we have teased it enough, it's time to finally announce THAT WE ARE OPENING A BRICK AND MORTAR!!! WE ARE INCREDIBLY STOKED AND SCARED, AND HOPEFUL AND GRATEFUL TO ALL OF YOU!!! It's gonna be by the skin of our teeth and we will need to run the bus the whole time to get through it. But we really hope, with everything going perfectly, we can be slinging pizzas inside by Halloween! That is very ambitious though, it is probably gonna be longer than that. Updates as I get em, thank you all for just ruling so hard, see ya soon!

The Pickle Gnar!
This week's special looks a little different. It's not a pizza special, it's a gnarly bread special. If you haven't had our gnarly bread, it is our take on a Detroit style pizza as a cheesy garlic bread appetizer. Cheese all the way to the edge of the pan, it forms this delicious crust called frico, and it rips so hard. Add some bus-made dill pickles and a side of ranch, instead of marinara, and you have a damn good starter made especially for the scorching hellscape we are currently living through.
