We’re Eric, Krystal and Eli, the family behind Cinder & Fox Coffee Company.
Earlier this year, we sold our coffee shop back home in Kenora, Ontario, packed up our lives and moved to Grand Junction. Cinder & Fox is a new chapter for us, but coffee and hospitality have been part of our lives for a long time.
Since opening, it’s been kind of a whirlwind. We’ve gotten to set up all over town, do some really cool events, meet a ridiculous number of amazing people, and slowly start to feel like we actually have a little place here.
I guess that’s really the whole idea behind Cinder & Fox — wherever you gather, we bring the coffee.
We do pretty much everything ourselves, with occasional “help” from the smallest member of the team, who is becoming alarmingly comfortable behind the espresso machine.
So, yeah. That’s us. Thanks for being here and for such a warm welcome into the community!
