🚨 We're releasing Walberto Castellanos - Honey TODAY!
Grown among the lime trees, plantains, and evergreens on the misty mountain overlooking La Union, this honey-processed coffee is as sweet as it is complex.

These pictures were taken on the 2025 trip where we got to hike up into Walberto's fields and hear from him just how diverse his field is and everything growing there contributes to the way his coffee ends up in your cup! We also got to see this harvest in the drying beds at Aldea Development. 💙☕️

Expect notes of brown sugar, subtle peach, and fragrant sweet tea from this light roast.
