Skip's Gourmet Grub is a catering and concessions food business. Cooking fresh, seasonal meals that are, whenever possible, locally/regionally sourced. Skip's caters for corporate and social events and can deliver meals or stay to help serve.

So, as of last summer Skip's Gourmet Grub has been in the Greater Grand Forks community for 15 years.
We will not be coming out another summer. New things to try and old things to pick up again to pursue.
We will be selling the trailer, and can sell the red truck with it.
The trailer will have enough equipment to plug in and start cooking. We have had both the commercial fridge and freezer replaced within 5 years.
We will be selling with an online actioneer in May.
We will be having it professionally cleaned between the sale and pickup.
