As we make our final preparations for our trip down I-29, we cannot thank our customers enough for the continued support of our business. It's not always easy balancing 40-50 hour workweeks, throwing in a weekend of making jelly and salsa, and leave enough time for ourselves and family, but somehow it works. We hope to see everyone out at Scheels Arena today and tomorrow for the 2025 Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcase.

Fun fact. We've sold just over 6000 pints (900 gallons😲) of salsa to date since we started this little venture. If we'd stack them on top of each other it would span 2500 feet! We have 60 more cases to fill for the Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcases this fall. If we would happen to sell out, the height of jars sold would surpass the tallest man made structure in the world! It was all made possible by you, our customers!! Thank you all for your continued support!!!

With the 1st Grand Forks Town Square Farmer's Market 2 weeks away (June 14th), we figured we needed to hammer out some salsa this smokey weekend. Taking close to 400 pounds of tomatoes & transforming that to make 400 pints of salsa was our biggest production event EVER over the course of a weekend. Can't wait to see our customers downtown again & hopefully some new faces as well!🍅🌶🫑
