🎶 “For the times, they are a changing…” 🎶

This week will be our last week of Wednesday, Thursday, Friday brunch offerings. We are going to scale back to lunch and dinner offered Wednesday-Friday beginning at 11am. We will continue to host brunch on Saturdays and Sundays beginning at 10am.

Our new hours of operation will be as follows beginning next week April 30th 2025.

Mon: closed
Tues: closed
Wed: 11am-3pm lunch, 5-9pm dinner
Thurs: 11am-3pm lunch, 5-9pm dinner
Fri: 11am-3pm lunch, 5-10pm dinner
Sat: 10am-3pm brunch, 5-10pm dinner
Sun: 10am-3pm brunch, 5-9pm dinner
*The bar will remain open 1 hour after the kitchen each night bringing the close times to 10pm on W, Th, Su and 11pm on Fri and Sat.

The bar is open for “cocktail hour” between 3pm and 5pm Wed-Sun where cocktails are served while the kitchen transitions to dinner service. One or two chef inspired lite appetizers are offered during this time but typically change daily/weekly.

Happiest New Year’s Eve to you Granbury!

Today we will be closed for brunch service as we prepare for our 9 course tasting menu dinner. The final meal of 2024.

We will be closed tomorrow January 1st and Thursday January 2nd. We will reopen our doors for service in the new year on Friday January 3rd.

If you’re joining us for our fabulous dinner this evening we cannot hardly wait to host you!

If you aren’t, we look forward to seeing you in the new year!

Christina’s Bistro Dip Recipe, Large batch

4 small logs of Owens hot breakfast sausage
1 yellow onion diced
2 cups of canned green chilies
2 cups rotel
5 pounds of cream cheese
1 cup sour cream

Add diced onion to a large pot and sweat on medium heat, add the sausage. Cook sausage through and break up as fine as you can. Add rotel and green chilies and mix. Turn the heat down to low and add the cream cheese. Keep it on the heat until the cream cheese is completely melted and creamy. Take it off the heat and mix in the sour cream. Enjoy! This will reheat out of the freezer just fine. We never did it but have been told by bistro dip fans that it works great.

I’m sorry to all of you that are sad its not on our menu. Unfortunately for every one person that loved it there was one person that didn’t care for it. Sometimes cutting menu items is tough, especially when you know it was a fan favorite, but we plan on doing some great things with our menu. It will be a fun evolution for us all. Thank you again for your outpouring of support, it means so much to us.

Thank you to all the wonderful guests that made our opening week truly amazing! And thank you to our staff that made this all possible, you are all amazing individuals with so much talent. Katie and I would be lost without y’all. I just want everyone out there to know we are pushing ourselves to the limit here to make this place as special as we can. We appreciate suggestions and have solid plans for evolution, but we need a little time. Some of the old items are being replaced, and I know that is tough for some of y’all to handle, but it is all for the best. Your patience will be much appreciated and rewarded in the long run. We have only just begun…

We are so blessed to be a part of something so historically significant.

Did you know that it was Mary Lou (Nutt) Watkins who is owed all the credit to landing Granbury’s town square on the list of historical town squares in Texas? Did you know our WHOLE square is on that list because of her? We are the only whole town square in Texas on that list. She said “how will things ever get to be 100 years old if you never let them get to be 50 years old?”

This building has been preserved beautifully. The fire did not destroy the outer rock walls or the massive wood beams that support the 2nd floor. All of that has been preserved. Bravo to the Nutt House Group for doing such a fine job in preserving history. Even Mary Lou’s original guest book and bell sit on display in the reception area. We are so thankful to be a part of it!

We will open our doors for service at our new location inside the Historic Nutt House Hotel!

The reservation book is NOW OPEN and accepting bookings until the end of the year. Text 682.500.5830 with requests.

BRUNCH EVERY DAY!
Wednesday-Sunday 10am-3pm *last reserved seating at 2:30

Dinner service Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 5pm-9pm *last reserved seating at 8:30

Dinner service Friday & Saturday from 5-10pm *last reserved seating at 9:30

We will still remain closed on Mondays and Tuesdays…for now.

We have TEN tables in the bar area that will remain unreservable and only available for walk in service. 16 tables between our formal dining room and parlor that will be reservable. And 10 seats at the bar for first come first serve.

We look forward to seeing everyone again! We miss our daily dose of Granbury good vibes. Hope everyone hasn’t missed us too much. The 13th can’t get here quick enough!
