Hey friends! We're getting back to our home base tomorrow Wednesday through Friday at Lowe's! Please note a couple changes to hours on Wednesday and Friday. We had so much fun this weekend on the The Granbury Square so we pushed cleaning Bethel to Monday. I heard this song a dozen times this weekend and remembered thatToby Keith covered it. Despite dodging a few raindrops, we had an amazing weekend on the The Granbury Square for Oktoberfest! So many new friends and fun stories shared over a humble, yet delicious burger. We also have a little news to share--in under a year we have the honor of leading the food truck charge in our community...and we have some good ones! Oh, and we are knocking at the gates for best burger. Thanks to my small (in number and stature) team for believing in my vision and treating my business like it's yours...we always say, use great ingredients and give a damn! Thanks C-Dub for all you do! This does not happen without YOU!

We are super excited for Oktoberfest on the The Granbury Square this weekend! We are working up some delish new menu items that are perfect for the occassion! Of course, we'll be slingin your favorite smashburgers all weekend too. We are happy to welcome Crust Me You'll Love It to the party and trust me...they make a righteous pie! Cooler weather, colder b**r, great food and family fun! Come see us tomorrow as we kick things off at 4pm!

So, this is definitely worth a pit stop! I went into Pearl Street Station A Cajun & Bar-B-Q Eatery today for lunch and tried the “Sister Special” and 🛎️ 🛎️ 🛎️!!! Super tender smoked turkey on fresh homemade jalapeño cheddar sourdough and a lemon dill sauce that is crazy delish! Great sandwich and really nice people. Do yourself a favor and go see em this week and tell ‘em Daddyo sent ya. You’ll be glad you did.
