Hello dear Brew friends! Welcome to October! 🍁🍂☔️🧡🍺🍕🍷

Well … it’s a new month and Brew has a new owner of our building / landlord and a new lease as of today.

We will be making some positive changes over the next few months. A lot of them will be based on our customers’ feedback. Stay tuned. 😁

Per our new lease we are required to make a few changes and here they are:

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
Per Brew’s new lease and per the Health Department —
NO DOGS and/or other pets are allowed inside the building. 🥲

The only exception is true service dogs wearing the support dog vest, etc. Emotional support dogs (ESA) are not allowed inside.
(Legal Status: “Unlike service dogs, emotional support dogs do not have public access rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to go everywhere pets are normally banned, like restaurants or grocery stores.”

Dogs are welcome on the patio as long as they are on a leash.

Signs regarding these new dog rules will be posted ASAP.
We have enjoyed you sharing your pets with us, and we will continue to enjoy them, just not inside the building. On the patio only.😁

REMINDER:
NO SMOKING OR VA**NG near the front entrance to Brew!
And, of course, our policy of no smoking inside the building is still in effect.

Brew appreciates every one of you and your support and we hope to see you at Brew again soon. 😘❤️🍺🍕🍷
