Our first date was a BBQ competition, and as we fell in love with each other, we also fell in love with the competition circuit. We began competing together soon after, getting our four kids and even our dog Max in on the fun. Our mission is to make the smoke and magic of BBQ approachable to everyone. Smoke ’n Magic sauces and rubs are family-made and competition-tested, from our BBQ to yours.

Well, today was a day of firsts! Brad and I cooked our first Rib Cook Off Association cook off at Que for the Red, White and Blue in Parkville, Mo. We were asked to cook head to head, so we did and had a blast doing it!! Thank you Weekend Bum BBQ for organizing an amazing contest and coming up with this fantastic Rooster toilet paper holder trophy for the spouse that was the better Pitmaster today (and yes, I’m proud to say, I won!😜)

There are still a few days left for all Ace Hardware dealers to receive a 20% discount when ordering our Smoke 'n Magic sauces and rubs for their stores!

The good news is we’re already in Ace’s distribution centers, so stores can easily order our products. But the biggest thing that drives those orders is customer requests, so every person who asks truly helps us grow.

We finally did it… BURGERS 🔥🍔🥓

But you know we couldn’t keep it simple. Brad’s custom Firecracker Bacon Burger is loaded with crispy bacon, jalapeños, cheddar, and gouda, on spicy brioche buns. Cooked in cast iron and packed with flavor, this one absolutely lives up to the name.
