Today's special is the Burnt End Pot Roast Potato! It starts with a jumbo baked potato piled high with smoky brisket burnt ends smothered in rich pot-roast gravy, then finished with crispy fried onions and scallions. Honey-roasted carrots on the side round out this stick-to-your-ribs kind of meal.

Today’s special is EXTRA special! ❤️ It’s Pop’s birthday, and to celebrate, we surprised him by putting his special sauce on the chops!

House-cut pork chops, marinated and grilled, served with mashed potatoes and gravy, Southern-braised local turnip and mustard greens, and buttery spoonbread.
