We picked up what will probably be our last batch of softshells crabs, maybe a small run this fall. We will see.

Secondly, we have several employees taking off for summer and some getting ready for college again and we are in need of some more help, please stop by and fill out some applications for our review.

Typically year after year at winter time we have several items that are seasonal. Both that are added into the menu like our chili, gumbo, jambalaya, and the opposite, our tuna, which we remove for the winter. We have had several guests, just within days that came here just for that. I have made more and instructed others to continue to make the tuna this winter until it's not feasible. And if it continues to sell, we will obviously continue to keep it all year long.
