Big thanks to Jake Masters for absolutely annihilating tree stumps at Hillcrest Golf Course. If you’ve noticed fewer stumps and more smooth turf lately, it’s because Jake rolled in with the skid loader like it owed him money. There are a handful of stumps left from the recent storm, but the stumps are now officially on the endangered species list. Thanks Jake!

Thank you Chet Caneff and all the selfless volunteers that helped this past week remove trees from the course and get it back to a playable condition. You guys are great! There are still many small sticks around the course if you are looking for something to do on these nice days. 😁

Lots of damage over the night. Per Chet- We do not want heavy equipment on the course making ruts. We’ll take all the volunteers out there moving sticks and branches into piles, preferably near the roadside roughs to be picked up with dump trailers. Also, we could have people to cut the larger limbs into manageable pieces. Thank you!
