We are offering a transition from Manager to a Business Partner/ownership.
Your Role:
Team Leadership: Hiring, training and motivation of our talented staff.
Operations: managing inventory, equipment maintenance, and QC.
Profitability: Monitoring P & L, driving revenue.
What we are looking for
*2+years of management experience. (Please provide references)
*Passion for specialty coffee.
*Proven track record.
*An owner's mindset: proactive, dependable, and community focused.
