We’re closing our Gosport location — and looking for the right next operator.
After a lot of thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to close C.J.’s Pizza in Gosport. With our other two locations, we’ve simply become too spread thin to give Gosport the daily, on-site attention it deserves.
This is a fully turnkey restaurant / pizza place. Everything stays — all equipment is included, along with the liquor license and the 16 self-serve taps. It’s ready for someone to walk in and go.
Gosport deserves an owner-operator who can be there every day, open longer hours, and truly serve the community the way it should be served. If that’s you (or someone you know), we’d love to talk about leasing the space.
