Did you know? Our Baos use mostly local organic ingredients from the Goshen Farmers Market when possible! For example we use Tatsoi, Shiitake and Carrots from the sustainable greens farm team, Onions from elevation produce, Maple syrup and eggs from TMD Farms, and potatoes from white yarrow!
