💔 With very heavy hearts, we have some difficult news to share.
After a lot of prayer, tears, conversations, and very difficult decisions, Big C’s BBQ will be closing its doors effective immediately.
What started as a dream and a little food trailer became something we never could have imagined. From selling ribs at work, to building a trailer after hours, to opening our restaurant here in Goshen, God blessed us with the opportunity to serve so many amazing people.
To our community… thank you. Thank you for every order, every catering event, every Facebook share, every kind word, every returning customer, and every person who believed in us. You allowed us to do what we loved and gave us memories we will carry with us forever. Big C’s was never just a restaurant to us. It was our family, our dream, and a place where we got to meet and serve so many wonderful people.
To every employee who has been part of Big C’s BBQ throughout the years, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You worked hard, showed up, put up with the crazy days, and helped make Big C’s what it was. We are incredibly grateful for every single one of you.
This is not the ending we ever hoped to write, and there is a lot of sadness, uncertainty, and emotion for our family right now. We know God has a plan even when we can’t see what comes next, and we are holding tightly to that.
Please pray for our family. Pray for peace, wisdom, strength, healing, and guidance as we walk through this difficult season and figure out what comes next.
