After a really fun summer, we’ve decided it’s time to hang up the spatulas and put the Biebs & Ash food truck up for sale.

We truly had no idea when we started this little adventure how much fun we’d have or how many great people we’d meet along the way. The laughs, the crazy days, the people who came back again and again, and everyone who supported us… you made it all worth it. We’re going to miss that part more than anything.

But sometimes life tells you it’s time to slow down a little. Biebs’ health and eyesight need to be the priority right now. And because we know how people talk, NO, Biebs isn’t dying. 😂 He just can’t see worth a s**t anymore . 🤣❤️ All of our truck staff also holds positions at our brick and mortars, so no one is out of a job, they just get to roam around a little less.

All joking aside, we’re incredibly thankful we got to do this together. It was a lot of work, a lot of laughs, probably a little too much stress, and one summer we’ll never forget.

NOW FOR THE IMPORTANT PART, THE FOOD TRUCK IS FOR SALE!

It’s a little bittersweet, but mostly we’re just really damn grateful we did it. Make sure you stop by our longstanding brick and mortars in beautiful downtown Goshen or inside of Sun King Brewing in downtown Mishawaka because those two are here to stay and ready to keep serving up the best damn smashburgers in the 574!

Biscuits and gravy like your mawmaw used to make, but like, with flavor and a cheeseburger stuffed inside for some reason🙃

Biscuit and gravy smashes on special at both locations starting at 4pm tomorrow! Double signature smash patties with American cheese, smothered in sausage gravy, smidge of hot sauce and a fried egg on a buttered biscuit. Fork and knife likely required.
