Well tonights the night, our final curtain call.

Bacon wrapped roasted pablanos stuffed with carnitas and pimento cheese

Loaded chili and biscuits

Hot and crispy chicken sandwich with smoked blue cheese and peppered slaw, hot honey pickles

Phat burger with creminis, havarti, bacon, onion jam, and truffle mayo

Sausage gravy and biscuit with dipped egg and hash browns

Thai bbqd chicken quarters with Mac and greens

Bourbon chili shrimp with sticky rice and veggies

Dubai style chocolate cake

Hickory grilled Local ham steak pops with poblano jam $5

Fresh salad, pickled beets, heirloom tomatoes, Persian cucumbers, shaved carrots, baby greens and sprouts with smoked tomato Greek vinaigrette $6

Chargrilled Pablo filled with carnival, candied jalapeños, pimento cheese wrapped in bacon and BBQ glazed $9

Local grind chili and cornbread $5

Black Thai shrimp and sticky rice with mixed veggies $17

It's with mixed emotions I share with you all that February 28th will be our last day of service. It's been genuinely wonderful meeting the folks in Gore and those that drove out here to check is out. The restaurant/hospitality business is one of variables for sure. Naturally there are irons in a few fires and I look forward to sharing news once the time is right. Again, we thank you all and hope to see you this week.
Ill be doing some grilling on the charcoal woodfire grill tonight and will share the menu shortly. Until next time-

Tonight's feature is black garlic BBQd local pork shoulder with sticky rice and curried Spring Valley Market vegetables, dinner menu pictured below as well. Hope to see you soon! Dinner until 9pm

Evening everyone. Tough day for the restaurant but dinner will fix that!
Tonight we will have Hot smoked Norwegian salmon filets with black Thai bbq and fresh vegetables from the Spring Valley Market, 1/3 pound char burgers with Vidalia onion relish, balsamic portabellas, spicy thick bacon and melted havarti, lemon chicken cutlets with radish sprout salad and Vidalia vinaigrette, and warm apple butterscotch cake with vanilla ice cream. Today youve got Breakfast tacos, build them how you like them, homemade coffee cake, flat iron and eggs, plus your NMFR breakfast favorites.

For lunch today we are doing Dad's chili and white chicken chili both with jalapeno cornbread.
Italian sausage parmesan, flat iron with charred onions and steak fries with malt vinegar aioli, black Thai bbqd chicken

For dinner, we have the chilis and are also doing crispy flounder and gulf shrimp, grilled chicken alfredo with rolls, local grind meatloaf with mushroom onion gravy, grilled flatiron and mashed with mixed veggies with charred onion gravy, and Thai meatballs with sesame rice noodles and shaved vegetables.

Dessert will be butterscotch cheesecake
