Doc’s Diner Food truck designed an created by Dr. Carol Jacobs After a 2 1/2 year project of patience - preparation - and paperwork!

My last set of children are rapidly approaching adulthood and I began to worry how life would be once they left. As my office staff ate through my culinary school homework they made jokes about me getting a food truck. From small sparks an idea was formed and I decided to try it! I’m NOT retiring from Pediatrics but needed something creative to do on weekends . The pandemic really threw my plans

into a loop but that’s how you learn patience. I’ve got a spot lined up in Goodrich area . Main thing is - if you have a dream then try for it!

Due to the storm and the unknown of it , we put off opening this weekend but it won’t be much longer. Ironing out last minute issues. Big thanks to you all for sharing the page and all the followers. It means a lot.
