🔥 PIG FEST RECAP — ADAPT AND OVERCOME! 🔥
What a weekend at Hendersonville Pig Fest! 💪🏽🔥
We had a few obstacles thrown our way this weekend, but if there’s one thing BBQ has taught me, it’s that you have to be able to ADAPT AND OVERCOME!
Our recteq went down with 9 pork butts on it, and I can't thank our friends at Shackle Island Smoke enough for stepping up and letting us use their pit to finish our cook! That's what this BBQ family is all about. When things go sideways, you figure it out, keep pushing, and get the job done! 🤝🔥
We handed out a TON of samples, and I got the opportunity to put all my competition meat on the Gateway Drum Smoker for the ! Let's just say that challenge set my face on fire! 😂🥵 But hey, that's how we roll! No matter what gets thrown at us, we keep moving forward!
Despite the challenges, The Red Goose brought home some !

We couldn't be happier with how things turned out, especially considering everything we had to overcome to get there!
